School visits to the Museu de Menorca

The Museum of Menorca receives visits for school groups with the aim of widening the historical, cultural and artistic knowledge that children and youth receive at educational centres.

Are you a teacher and would like that your student visit the Museum?Make them participate. You can prepare yourselves the itinerary that you would like you to do and we will make it come true.

Are you interested in any period of the Menorcan history in particular?  From the Museum we will prepare the suitable tour for you.

What are the tours about?

Firstly, in order to have a pleasant visit and in the best conditions groups should not exceed 25 people.

If you are a group of more than 8 people and you tell us what are you interested in in particular, we can prepare a customised visit, either free or guided, depending on the time you want to devote to it.

We will design the tour depending on your own preferences. You can choose to visit the temporary exhibition rooms, the reserve rooms and the Cornia Nou archaeological site, a Talayotic village (1000-750 BC) where you will discover Menorcan prehistory.

We remind you that during the tour through the Museum you must remain with your group and:

  • Obey the basic behaviour and politeness rules.
  • Respect and value the work of those working in the museum.
  • Quietly listen the explanations.
  • Walk, not run.
  • Speak in a quiet voice.
  • Avoid touching the display cabinets or other items on exhibition.

How can I book a group tour?

It is very easy: you just have to book your reservation 15 days in advance by calling the telephone number +34 971 350 955 or by filling the form below:
