THE BURGEOIS KITCHEN OF MENORCA

Based on the recipe books of noble and bourgeois houses of the 19th and 20th centuries, our speaker will reflect on how these old dishes can become the "New Menorcan Cuisine". In charge of Bep Al.lès, specialist in Menorcan gastronomy.
